Deed Restrictions
Architectural Control

All  changes to the exterior of your home need written approval prior to beginning work.

In addition to major renovations, new construction, and additions, advance approval from the Architectural Control and Deed Restriction Committee (ACDRC) is needed for updates and maintenance affecting the outside of your home.

Categories of work requiring ACDRC approval include, but are not limited to: painting, siding replacement, fences (new or replacement), roof replacement, window replacement, driveway gates, antennae/dish installation, carports/outbuildings, decks/patios, pergolas/patio covers, sidewalks/driveways, walkways/porches, solar panels, and swimming pool/spa construction.

Complete and submit an approval request form.

Requests will be acknowledged receipt within two business days of receipt. Most requests can be completed within that time frame. Requests for new construction, major renovations, or other more complicated changes will take longer.
